With reference to Sir H. A.

Blake's Despatch No. 193 of the 9th. April, 1903, I have

the honour to forward for Your Lordship's information the

enclosed copy of a letter from the Director of Public Works

dated the 21st. instant, and to recommend that the red

lines on the attached plan should be recognised as showing

the correct boundaries of the Mountain Lodge Grounds. It

is most desirable that the small hill marked 'A' should be

included within the boundaries of the grounds.
